About

Hi, I’m the woman behind @sheunlaced.

I created this space for anyone who wants to feel more at home in their own skin, through twerk, pole, floorwork, and high heels dance. You won’t see my face here, because this isn’t about me. It’s about you finding your own rhythm, your own confidence, and your own way of moving through the world.

Every post, every guide, and every quiz result is built to help you go from watching dance videos to actually feeling like the woman in them.
